1. General Information
1.1 cbdisegno reserves the right to apply to one or more orders (hereinafter "Order") specific contractual provisions (hereinafter: "Specific Provisions"). In this case, the contractual conditions applicable to each order, always to be understood as independent contract, will be the Terms and Conditions and the Specific Provisions as well.
1.2 The Products are sold directly by cbdisegno.
2. Trade Policy
2.1 The sale of products is only intended for individuals who are final consumers customers (hereinafter "Customer"). Client shall mean the adult person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession.
2.2 In consideration of the above, cbdisegno reserves the right not to accept orders from persons other than the Customer.
2.3 cbdisegno may at any time modify or amend these Terms and Conditions. In any case, the customer is required to accept only the General Conditions in force at the time of the conclusion of each Order.
2.4 Each Order may include one or more products, subject to the right of cbdisegno to define a maximum number of items per order depending on the product category.
2.5 Orders from other Countries not included in the definition list of following paragraph 11may not be accepted.
2.6 No orders will be dispatched if the address stated by the Customer is a PO Box or if the recipient of the Order and its private address are not clearly identified. The Customer is fully responsible for the correct specification of the delivery address.
3. Purchase methods
3.1 Each Product offered for sale, may be selected in the relevant page of the website "cbdisegno.net" (hereinafter "Website") that displays images and lists information such as unit price including VAT, choice of available colors, sizes and versions.
3.2 Some Products may be displayed on the Website exclusively for advertising purposes although not for sale. These products are not for sale and can not be purchased.
3.3 The images and colors of the products offered for sale in some cases may not match those shown on the website due to the software and hardware used by the customer. The images and colors of the website, must be regarded as indicative and therefore cbdisegno is not responsible for any inadequacy of images and / or colors of its products due to the technical reasons mentioned above.
3.4 The Customer must follow all the instructions and procedures made available on the Website to perform each Order related to the Products selected.
3.5 The Customer must complete the order form according to the instructions provided in the corresponding page of the website and is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of each Order just before confirming the same. The Customer is also required to confirm s/he has read and accepted the Terms of Sales and any Specific Provision before completing each order. In case of non-acceptance of Terms of Sales and Specific Provisions the order request will not be submitted.
3.6 If the Customer wants to make amendments or corrections to her/his order after its confirmation, he has to ask for authorization to cbdisegno, sending an e-mail or using the contact form in the Website . Cbdisegno will do its best to accept the request but it will be accepted for sure only in the cases Generally, the confirmed order will not be further modified or excluded, except in the cases explicitly provided for in the Term of Sales or in the Specific Provisions or otherwise in cases foreseen by applicable Italian legislation
3.7 At the end of the purchase process it is recommended to download, save or print the applicable Term of Sales and any Specific Provision.
4. Availability and delivery
4.1 The Customer acknowledges that the Products offered on the Site are specially made on request.
4.2 Occasionally, there may be the unavailability of one or more Products. In this case, cbdisegno informs the Customer as soon as possible and in any event no later than 20 working days after the receipt of the Order request by e-mail. In this case, the Customer will be offered the choice between:
4.4 cbdisegno will do its utmost to fulfill each order within 10 working days, and by the deadline of 20 working days from the working day following that on which the customer placed an order.
4.5 As soon as the parcel with the ordered Products leaves its warehouse, cbdisegno sends an e-mail to the Customer.
5. Prices and terms of payment
5.1 The prices of the Products offered for sale and listed in the Website include VAT.
5.2 Product prices are expressed in Euro.
5.3 The total amount for each order includes the shipping costs that are calculated as specified in the following paragraph 6
5.4 cbdisegno reserves the right to change prices for Products offered for sale at any time and without notice. The customer will be applied in all cases the prices published on the Website when s/he confirmed the order.
5.5 Payment for Products can only be made via credit card or PayPal.
6. Shipping costs
6.1 Shipping is free in Italy and in all European Union Countries.
7. Complaints for non-compliance of the ordered Products
7.1 The Customer shall inspect the Products immediately upon delivery to determine compliance with the order.
7.2 Any faults (such as tampering, damage to the packaging, damaged Products , missing or Products other than those ordered and / or indicated in the shipping document) must be specifically described in writing directly to cbdisegno upon receipt of the goods.
7.3 If one or more of the Products delivered do not correspond to those ordered or are damaged, except as provided in paragraph 7.2, the Customer is obliged to immediately inform cbdisegno, sending an e-mail.
7.4 In any case, the shipping costs incurred in sending the Customer a replacement Product will be supported by cbdisegno.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1 The Customer is entitled to withdraw from each Order concluded, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the Products. When referring to an Order Products are delivered at different times, the period of 14 working days shall run for each Product delivered from the time of delivery.
8.2 The Client may withdraw the Order in whole or in part.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products to cbdisegno handed over to the courier for delivery no later than the deadline of 28 working days from the date of receipt of the same.
8.4 The risks associated with shipping are in any case be charged to the Customer, the cost of returning goods are borne of the Customer.
8.5 The right of withdrawal, in addition to the terms and conditions as above, if means properly exercised are entirely satisfied the following conditions:
a) the Products must be returned in the state and in the original packaging;
b) the identification tag must still be attached to Products (where applicable).
c) cbdisegno verify that the Products are actually in original condition.
10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 These Terms and Conditions and any Forecast Specifications are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted according to it.
